| We have been dealing with Kirbside Auto Repair for a number of years and have only had the best service and care for our vehicles. We recommend to all our family and friends to take their cars/trucks etc. to Kirbside where we know the service is of a very high quality and you will not have to worry about "we found something else..." They are the most honest repair shop that we have ever dealt with and will not take our vehicles to anyone else in this city. Service is always timely and done to our satisfaction. I found their estimates were more "worse case" and I have repeatedly pleasantly surprised as they let me know when a less costly solution was found. They have also been extremely forthcoming in giving good advice and are easy to work with .. they drop me to work, or lend me a car which is just excellent. |

| I am 69 and have never found a mechanic or a shop where I could take my vehicle and know that it would be thoroughly diagnosed and repaired. Also the time spent in consultation with the technician was so valuable to see the problems and to understand the risks involved in not repairing. | inside was recommended by a friend. I took my moms 01 Subaru outback there...gambling they could diagnose and repair a sudden loss of power and rough running engine. Local Subaru dealers couldn't even get it in for eight days. i googled the heck out of the engine issue and ultimately concluded the 100% wrong thing wad the fault. Thankfully the professional mechanics at kirbside found the issue quickly.. not what i thought ot was... and had rhe car back to me in two days. The cost was reasonable and i'm 100% satisfied. |
