| I have been bringing my vehicle to Kirbside for a few years now and I am always treated well and have never doubted or questioned the work that has been done on my vehicle. How many times have you been able to say that about your mechanic? The crew at Kirbside is always helpful and have often gone out of their way to help me, whether it be sourcing a part sooner rather than late, advising me of when a courtesy car is available or coming to my rescue when I was stranded and no one else would stop to help me. I am a single mother and appreciate that I am treated respectfully, in a timely manner and have complete faith that my vehicle is safe and dependable for my children. |

| I am always impressed with the speed and accuracy of the repairs we have had performed on our vehicles. I have been extremely happy with the workmanship and the friendly atmosphere at your shop. However I should point out a little concern I have. The last visit with your shop involved a change out of a sensor which was expensive. While the car was in your shop your staff noticed a nail in one of the tires and had it repaired. We appreciate the extra effort your staff provided but I should inform you that the tires were purchased at Costco and therefore any repairs are free of charge and filled with Nitrogen. In the future the customer should be advised before any extra work is performed. Do you provide nitrogen in your shop? |
