| Despite how busy the shop was, Kirby very quickly changed the battery on my car as I only have one vehicle and needed it to pick up my kids from school. I appreciate how he always takes the time to explain things to me, and doesn?t take advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding vehicles. I know that I will always get an honest answer from Kirby and he never does any unnecessary work to my vehicle. |
